Now that you've submitted pieces through ConfirmDelivery, you can now track those mail pieces as they go through the USPS system.
Once you are logged into the ConfirmDelivery website, select Track Mail from the navigation bar.
When tracking a mail piece, there are many ways to track:
- Date Range
- Event Type
- All Events
- In Transit
- Service Failure
- Name of Recipient (Person/Company)
- Address of Recipient
- Zip Code
- Record/Case Number
- Tracking Number (PIC - Parcel Identification Number)
When entering just the date range, the system will show you all mail pieces that have tracking events during this date range, no matter the tracking details.

When searching for a Specific Event, All Events, Delivered, Undeliverable, In Transit, and Service Failure, you will need to select a date range that you are seeking the tracking event time for, then click 'Search'.
When searching for any of the Recipient information (Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code, or Record/Case Number) you will need to select a date range that you are seeking the tracking event time for then click 'Search'.
When searching by Tracking Number (PIC), you will just need to enter the tracking number and click 'Search' - no date range is needed.
Pieces that have a Signature available will have a link show next to the status of Delivered that you can click on to obtain the signature page.
