EII has partnered with Endicia to establish a PC Postage payment solution for Priority Mail and First Class Package Services processed on the EZ-Flats and Champ platforms. If you want to process parcels for these two mail classes, your first step is setting up an Endicia account. Follow the instructions listed below to set up an account with the necessary settings.
Once you have onboarded with Endicia and sent us notification as instructed (per #8 in the instructions), we will be in touch with you to complete the process.
If you have previously opened an Endicia account, the cookies must be cleared on the browser before proceeding
|1) Navigate to http://endicia.eii-online.com.|
|2) Sign up for an Endicia account by populating all fields. Make sure to verify the information for accuracy once entered.|
|3) You will be prompted to enter a credit card number in the Endicia Payment Method section. This credit card will only be charged for the Endicia account fee and extra services, if applicable. It will NOT be used for the postage you purchase.|
|4) In the USPS Postage Payment Method section, select From my checking account or other payment option.|
|5) Enter the routing and account numbers for the account that will be used to pay for postage.|
|6) Click Complete Sign Up at the bottom of the page.|
|7) Use this link to submit your account information to EII:|
|8) A representative from Endicia will contact you to help you configure your account to best meet your needs.|
|9) Any Endicia questions should be discussed with the Endicia representative.|
