If you have previously opened an Endicia account, the cookies must be cleared on the browser before proceeding

1)  Navigate to http://endicia.eii-online.com.

2)  Sign up for an Endicia account by populating all fields.  Make sure to verify the information for accuracy once entered.
  • Be sure to note the passphrase, as this information will be required later.
3)  You will be prompted to enter a credit card number in the Endicia Payment Method section.  This credit card will only be charged for the Endicia account fee and extra services, if applicable.  It will NOT be used for the postage you purchase.
  • A fee of $34.95 will be charged to your account monthly, but will then be debited back if you purchase at least $5,000 in postage for that calendar month.
4)  In the USPS Postage Payment Method section, select From my checking account or other payment option.
5)  Enter the routing and account numbers for the account that will be used to pay for postage.
  • Do not use a credit card as your postage payment method, as this will add a credit card processing fee to each mail piece.
6)  Click Complete Sign Up at the bottom of the page.
  • You will then be navigated to a confirmation screen.
  • Endicia will also send a confirmation email to the email address used during the account creation process
7)  Use this link to submit your account information to EII:

8)  A representative from Endicia will contact you to help you configure your account to best meet your needs.
  • Pro-actively buy postage whenever it is needed or configure the account to automatically purchase postage whenever the account drops below a pre-determined minimum.
    • Postage can be purchased at any time (24/7).
  • Postage appears in the account within a few minutes of purchase; the corresponding ACH withdrawal from the specified bank account will occur a couple days later.
  • The account dollar limit can be increased based on mail volumes and expected postage requirements.
  • The Endicia Auto Refund service can be set up.
9)  Any Endicia questions should be discussed with the Endicia representative.
