Introduction
Sometimes, the solution to an issue on a LightSort rack is to replace the controller unit. The following steps explain how to remove a controller and install a new one.

Instructions
| 1. Disconnect all Cat 5 cables from the controller. 2. Disconnect the power cable from the controller. |  |
| 3. Unscrew the four bolts holding the controller to the back plate. 4. Remove the controller from the rack. |  |
| 5. Install the new controller in the same location. Align the right hand edge of the controller with the first hook on the rail. Use the bolts and strut nuts provided. |  |
| 6. Reconnect the three Cat 5 cables and the power cable. |  |
