Some customer's have been experiencing the Drop Ship Wizard "Carrier Savings" column listing 'N/A' for all the drop sites.
A permanent fix is on it's way, but requires some customer intervention. Please complete the following steps to fix the current settings.
|1. Open the EII Console.|
|2. Select "Drop Ship Profile Editor" from the menu on the left side of the window.|
|3. Hit the "Set Defaults" button in the bottom right of the window.|
|4. In the "Max Pallet Weight (lbs)" and the "Max Pallets" text boxes, type the number '999'.|
5. Hit the "Apply" button.
At this point, the majority of the drop ship problems should be resolved. If you notice any more problems, complete the following steps.
|1. Navigate to the "Drop Ship Editor" in the EII Console.|
2. Select the "Pickup Fee" tab to sort the Pickup Fees in order from smallest to largest.
|3. Double click each box with "0.00", and change it to "0.01".|
|4. Complete Steps 1-2 for each mail class and mail preparation processed at the site.|
|5. After completing Step 4, hit the "Save Changes" button at the bottom right of the Console.|
To view these changes, perform one of the following tasks:
- Sort a new job
- Unsort and resort a previous job
At this point, the Drop Ship Wizard should be correctly displaying any "Carrier Savings" applicable.
