Some customer's have been experiencing the Drop Ship Wizard "Carrier Savings" column listing 'N/A' for all the drop sites. 


A permanent fix is on it's way, but requires some customer intervention. Please complete the following steps to fix the current settings.




1. Open the EII Console.

2. Select "Drop Ship Profile Editor" from the menu on the left side of the window.

3. Hit the "Set Defaults" button in the bottom right of the window.

  • A new window will pop up titled "Drop Ship Profile Defaults


4. In the "Max Pallet Weight (lbs)" and the "Max Pallets" text boxes, type the number '999'.

5. Hit the "Apply" button.



At this point, the majority of the drop ship problems should be resolved. If you notice any more problems, complete the following steps.


1. Navigate to the "Drop Ship Editor" in the EII Console.

2. Select the "Pickup Fee" tab to sort the Pickup Fees in order from smallest to largest.

3. Double click each box with "0.00", and change it to "0.01".

  • These fees need to be set to a non-zero number. This change will NOT affect billing in any way


4. Complete Steps 1-2 for each mail class and mail preparation processed at the site.

  • Use the drop down box under 'USPS Mail Class' to change the mail class. 
  • Use the drop down box under 'USPS Mail Prep' to change mail preparation.

5. After completing Step 4, hit the "Save Changes" button at the bottom right of the Console.


To view these changes, perform one of the following tasks:

  • Sort a new job
  • Unsort and resort a previous job


At this point, the Drop Ship Wizard should be correctly displaying any "Carrier Savings" applicable.
