If an error has occurred in the Windows application, it may be necessary to obtain the logs for Support to review. In these cases, use the following procedure to retrieve the logs.
1) Select the Settings tab | |
2) Select View Event Log | |
3) A window will appear giving all log information | |
4) Scroll to the bottom of the window to see the most recent log entry

5) From this screen, there are two ways the log can be captured for submission to Customer Support:
