If an error has occurred in the Windows application, it may be necessary to obtain the logs for Support to review. In these cases, use the following procedure to retrieve the logs.
|1) Select the Settings tab|
|2) Select View Event Log|
|3) A window will appear giving all log information|
|4) Scroll to the bottom of the window to see the most recent log entry|
5) From this screen, there are two ways the log can be captured for submission to Customer Support:
