If an error has occurred in the Windows application, it may be necessary to obtain the logs for Support to review.  In these cases, use the following procedure to retrieve the logs.


1)  Select the Settings tab


2)  Select View Event Log


3)  A window will appear giving all log information


4)  Scroll to the bottom of the window to see the most recent log entry
  • Anything in the log may be sent by selecting the applicable entries, copying the text, and pasting it into an email


5)  From this screen, there are two ways the log can be captured for submission to Customer Support:

  • The log can be saved as a txt file and attached to an email
  • Either the entire log or merely the applicable entries can be highlighted, copied, and pasted into an email


6)  The email should then be sent to support@eii-online.com
