In order to receive a discounted rate from the post office for confirmation pieces, mail must be processed on an EII machine that has been associated with an EZ-Confirm account.

1)  Open the EII Console on the EII machine by clicking the "EII Console" icon.
2)  Navigate to the Site Profile Editor by clicking the "Site Profile Editor" link in the left tool bar.
3)    In the bottom left corner of the next screen, verify that the company's EZ-Confirm information has been authenticated under the EZ-Confirm heading.
  • If the information has been authenticated, a number will be present in the "EZ-Confirm User ID" field.
  • If no number is present, enter the admin account's EZ-Confirm username and password into the corresponding fields and select the "Authenticate" button in order to set up the "Master" account.
  • Click the "Save Changes" link once a number has appeared in the User ID box.

4)  Navigate to the Account Profile Editor by clicking the "Account Profile Editor" link in the left tool bar.
5)  Find the account to be associated in the Accounts list and click the "+" symbol to the left of the account name to view all departments listed under this account.
