Log Files Not Transferring to the Server

Introduction

LightSort log files should be transferred to the EII site server every hour. If those files are not transferring in the proper amount of time, or not transferring at all, first check the network connection. If the network condition is good, the fault may lie in the value that controls when the logs are uploaded.


Procedure

1. Open the Config file and check the "MinutesInHoursLogsTransfer" value. Adjust the minutes at which logs are uploaded. For example, if this value is set to "0,20,40", logs will transfer every hour at the :00, :20, and :40 minute marks.

2. If the value is set incorrectly, update the LSConfig file, and then load the new version to a controller with a USB.
