Introduction

The table below categorizes errors that might be displayed on the controller that have to do with networking issues. Each error is presented with an example of the controller's display and an explanation, with some troubleshooting suggestions.

Bad File
This error indicates the .xlsx label list file could not be read.
Cannot Decrypt Password
The error appears when the password encrypted in the Config file is invalid and could not be decrypted.
Cannot Get Network Info
This error appears if the controller cannot retrieve the server's IP address, user name, and password from the Config file.

Unable To Change Network
Config
These errors always appear one after the other, when the value assigned to the IP address, network, and/or gateway within a new LSConfig file would prevent the controller contacting the Site Server.

Review those values in LSConfig file and reload the file to the controller after making changes.
Invalid IP Or Netmask Address
This error appears when the IP Address or Subnet Mask value specified in the LSConfig file is not valid.
Invalid Server IP Address    
This error appears when the IP address specified in the Config file is not valid IP address.
Unable To Set IP Address
This error will occur when the Config file is missing or contains errors that prevents an IP Address from being set on the controller.
Unable To Sync Config Files
This error appears when Config files should have been transferred from the controller to the server, but the files were not transferred.
Unable To Sync Label Lists
This error will occur when a label list should have been transferred from the server to the controller, but those files were not transferred.
Unable To Sync Log Files
This error appears when log files should have been transferred from the controller to the server, but the files were not transferred.
Unable To Sync PO
This error appears when pocket order files should have been transferred from the server to the controller, but the files were not transferred.
Unable To Sync Stat Files
This error appears when stat files should have been transferred from the controller to the server, but the files were not transferred.
Unable To Sync SP
This error will occur when a sort profile should have been transferred from the server to the controller, but the files were not transferred.
Unable To Sync Time
This error will appear when the controller could not synchronize its displayed time with the outside server.
