Introduction
The table below categorizes errors that might be displayed on the controller that have to do with fundamental software issues. Each error is presented with an example of the controller's display and an explanation, with some troubleshooting suggestions.

| INVALID USB DRV PLEASE REMOVE |  | This error will occur when a USB drive is plugged into the controller, but the drive does not contain a folder entitled "Sort Profiles". |
| Couldn't parse hardware clock |  | This error appears when there is a communication issue between the controller and the hardware clock. |
| Critical Error Restarting... |  | Critical errors are indicative of a problem that requires a system reset. The system will restart automatically. It is possible for a controller to become stuck in a critical error/restart loop. The most likely cause of this is a corrupted SD card. Please contact Customer Support for a replacement. |
