Resetting a Postal Steward Password

Introduction

Sometimes a user will lose their password that gives access to the Postal Steward website. The following instructions explain how to reset a password in that situation.

Instructions

1. Click the "Forgot your password?" link.
2. Enter the email associated with your account in the "Email" field. 3. Hit the "Submit" button.
4. Once the website confirms that a password reset email has been sent,
check your email for a link to the reset screen, and follow the link in the Reset Password email.
5. Enter the email associated with your account in the "Email" field. 6. Enter a new password in the "Password" and "Confirm password" fields. Each password must contain 6 total characters: One upper-case letter One lower-case letter One number One special character 7. Hit the "Reset" button.
