Changing the Account Password

Upon creation, a default password is assigned to each new PostalSteward account.  After logging into the account for the first time using these instructions, the password should be reset using the following steps.


1.  Select Profile from the drop-down menu in the upper right corner to reset the password 
2.  Select Change Password
When resetting passwords, please keep in mind that the system requires the following for each password:
  • 6 total characters
    • One upper-case letter
    • One lower-case letter
    • One number
    • One special character
