Dat.Mail Updates

Introduction

Dat-Mail periodically undergoes updates that effect document uploads to Postal One.

For Full Service customers operating Dat-Mail to upload mail.dat files, the version type needs to be updated within Dat-Mail's settings. If a mail.dat file has been uploaded after this update, it will need to be re-uploaded after the version is updated.

Procedure

1. Launch the Dat-Mail application.
2. Open the "File" menu, and hover over "Program Settings".
3. Click "Program setup".
4. Select the Export tab.
5. Click the "Export to version" drop-down menu.
6. Select "19.1 (current)".
7. Hit "OK".
8. At this point, re-upload any previously uploaded dat.mail files.
