Introduction

There are many times where the airflow must be turned off and the remaining air pressure bled from the EZ-Flats Premium before the main task can be completed. The following steps show you how to achieve this.

Turning off the Air

1. On the back side of the Premium, locate the red valve that controls the airflow into the machine.

2. Turn the red valve one quarter turn, at which point you'll hear a loud pop and hiss of the pressure being released, and the air stop flowing.

3. Return to the front of the machine, and go to the display on the applicator.

4. Hit the "Line" button to take the machine Offline.

5. Hit the "Feed" button, and the machine will print a label, which bleeds out the remaining air.

6. You can tell the process worked because the tamp head will slowly drop lower until it is resting on the track.

The air is now fully bled out.
