- Outbound: TCP 443 (HTTPS) is the primary port needed for everything, including KACE and TeamViewer.
- TCP 443 to KACE is to 72.12.196.66
- TCP 424 is used for FileZilla
- TCP 11111 is used for UMove Cloud communication
- TeamViewer tries to connect on TCP/UDP Port 5938, and if that isn't available, it will default to TCP 443. It needs to be able to go to *.teamviewer.com
- OUTBOUND: TCP 8016 for SupplyManager needs to be open to allow communication between the workstation and the click server.
- We DO NOT need TCP 52230 opened anymore. And we do not need any INBOUND ports configured.
- IP addresses from which the remote connection originates:
- 72.12.195.242 (Primary)
- 69.174.159.210 (Backup - only used if Primary goes offline)

- Does WindowBook software work through a proxy?
- WindowBook products implicitly use Internet Explorer’s proxy configurations. This is the default behavior in Windows Communication Foundation, which is used for the Automatic Postal Data Updates, for example.
- WindowBook Products do not do any explicit proxy handling
- To what domains does WindowBook software need access?
- Nearly all software on EII machines uses:
- wbicommon.queue.core.windows.net
- wbicommon.blob.core.windows.net
- Automatic Postal Data Updates use:
- s3.amazonaws.com
- dls.windowbook.com
- PostalWeb.NET uses:
- sdb.amazonaws.com
- s3amazonaws.com
- api.postalweb.net
- queue.amazonaws.com
