Printing Test Tray Tags

In the event that a tray tag printer needs to be tested, test tags may be printed from the Console using the method below.

Open the EII Console
Locate the Sort Profile Editor in the left tool bar Click the box with a "+" to the left of the Sort Profile Editor to expand the field Click on any option to open that sort profile
Navigate to the Sortation tab at the top of the window
Click on any tub When a tub is selected, it will become outlined in red
In the top left corner, expand the File option and click on Print Selected
When the Print Tags window appears, click on the Print Tray Tags button Once this is done, the quantity on the right will increase
Click on the Printer Serial Number drop down field and select the serial number of the printer to which the test tag will be printed Select the Print button At this time, a test tag will print
